Last month I didn't look into oils but I I'd like to start learning slowing. Living healthy is a lifestyle and a choice. I don't eat organic as it's a little too pricey for me but I try to buy natural and make healthy choices as much as I can. There is a lot to learn about oils and eating healthy and that's why it's a lifestyle!If you don't make it a lifestyle then you'll stop and be ok with it.
